Admission Procedures – B.Ed. Programme
Thirumalai Srinivasa College of Education follows a transparent and merit-based admission process in accordance with the regulations of the Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University (TNTEU) and the Government of Tamil Nadu.
Application Form
- Candidates must apply using the prescribed application form available from the college office or downloadable from the college website.
- All sections must be filled accurately; incomplete forms will be rejected.
- Completed applications must be submitted with the required enclosures before the specified deadline.
- Applications can be submitted in person or by post to the college office.
- Academic qualifications, percentage, and subject eligibility will be verified based on university and government norms.
- Selection is based on merit, considering marks obtained in the qualifying UG/PG degree and the applicable reservation policy.
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified via the college notice board, email, or phone.
- Selected candidates must submit original certificates at the time of admission.
- Originals will be retained by the college until the completion of the course.
- Students are advised to keep sufficient photocopies for personal use before submission.
- Fees must be paid in full as per the fee structure approved by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Students dismissed on disciplinary grounds will forfeit the entire fee.
- Admission is confirmed only after verification of documents, payment of fees, and issue of an official admission order.
- Once enrolled, students are expected to complete the full course duration; withdrawal before completion will require payment of the entire course fee.
